Management Fees and Minimum Account Size:
Radius Capital Management, LLC offers a tiered fee structure based on the market value of the Assets under Management (AUM) on the last business day of each calendar quarter in accordance with the following annual fee schedule:
For Discretionary Accounts Managed by Radius (i.e., accounts invested in one of the Radius investment strategies)
1.50% of the account’s AUM if the total household AUM is less than $200K
1.25% of the account’s AUM if the total household AUM is between than $200K and $1M
1.00% of the account’s AUM if the total household AUM is between $1M and $5M
0.75% of the account’s AUM if the total household AUM is greater than $5M
0.30% of the account’s AUM on Managed Cash Accounts
For Non-Discretionary Accounts Managed by Radius (i.e., investment decisions made by client; trades, cashiering, and research performed by Radius)
0.10% of the account’s AUM
For Self-Managed Non-Discretionary Accounts
Radius charges no fee
Minimum Initial Investment (total for household): $250,000
Radius Capital Management, LLC only transacts business in states where it is properly registered, or excluded or exempted from registration requirements.
