Kimball Halsey is the President and founder of Radius Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Halsey has been tracking mutual funds and developing quantitative investment models for more than 30 years. The culmination of this work is three distinct investment strategies: the Radius Risk-Adjusted Return Investment Strategy, the Radius Index Strategy, and the Balanced Risk Strategy.  These quantitative tools and models drive Radius Capital Management’s investment decisions – and performance.

Prior to founding Radius, Mr. Halsey worked for almost two years at Halsey Advisory and Management (a company owned by his cousin) as the Vice President of Operations and Quantitative Strategies. In this capacity, Mr. Halsey handled all operational aspects of the firm – including finance and accounting, IT and web development, and SEC compliance.  In addition to running the operations of the company, he also managed client portfolios using his risk-adjusted return investment strategy.

Mr. Halsey graduated from Dartmouth College in 1983 with a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics. In 1996 he earned his M.B.A. (with high honors) in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, graduating in the top 5% of his class (Palmer Scholar). At the same time he also earned a M.A. (with honors) in International Studies from the Lauder Institute (School of Arts and Sciences) of the University of Pennsylvania.
